Changes in Pack 306’s
committee organization structure require a revision to the authorized
signatories for the pack’s checking account.
Authorized signatures to the account with the number ending in 6222, at Frost
Bank,1240 Keller Pkwy, Keller, TX 76248 will be modified. Following are the required modifications to
the account:
Add Authorized Signatories:
Michael Clift
William Clark
Remove Authorized Signatures:
Mark Dawson
Michael White
Keith Schmitz
The approximate time of the change in authorized signatures will
take place at 3:00 PM CDT at the above referenced bank.
William Clark will resume duties of Mark Dawson as Pack 306
Treasurer.
All committee members in attendance voted in favor of the
changes to the authorized signatories and organization.
