Annual Program Planning

August 9, 2007

In attendance:

We set a goal to be a “Quality Unit” for scout year 2007. Our goals are:

• Have 50% of our leaders complete Basic Leader Training.
• Retain 80% of our members.
• Recruit 2 new adults to be active.
• Advance 80% of active scouts to the next rank or boy scouts.
• Have 70% of youth members have an outdoor experience
• Conduct an annual program planning session
• Support Friends of Scouting
• Participate in the Annual product sale (popcorn)

Scout-track

• Please update incomplete information for members – especially telephone numbers
• Remove non-active members
• Annual payment is due 9-11-07

Round-Up & Recruiting

• Will send out fliers and invite to Rocket Launch on September 9^th

Pack Leadership

• Lucie will contact Darla regarding Re-charter info
• Kyle and Amy will head up Blue and Gold
• Will need assistant Cubmaster in February
• Susanne Edwards will assume duties of advancement coordinator
• Will need treasurer in February.

Other Notes

• The pack will reimburse leaders attending BSA training programs (Not Wood Badge)
• Trash Bash dates are still unknown.
• Pack Meeting duties will be out early next week
